Can you shoot a property while tenants are still operating?+
Yes. We schedule around peak hours, work quietly through occupied spaces, and frame shots to keep tenants and customers out of view when needed. For retail and restaurants we often shoot pre-open or post-close.
Do you fly drone over urban sites?+
We're FAA Part 107 licensed and pull controlled-airspace authorizations when required. We'll let you know upfront if a site needs additional waivers or if ground-based alternatives make more sense.
How fast do I get the files for an OM or LOI deadline?+
Next business day by 10:30 AM standard. If you have a hard OM or marketing deadline, tell us at booking and we'll prioritize the deliverables that matter first.
How is the 2D Floor Plan add-on priced?+
Floor plans are quoted by total square footage rather than a flat fee, since commercial spaces vary widely. We confirm the price before we publish the deliverable.
What usage rights do I get?+
Unlimited marketing usage rights for CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, your brochures, OMs, website, social, and paid ads — with no expiration or extra licensing fees. Per copyright law the photographer retains the underlying copyright, but you're free to use the images however you market the property.
