Terms of Service

To ensure the best results, please be sure the property is ready prior to the scheduled appointment. By confirming your appointment, you agree to our readiness policy: the home will be photo- and video-ready on the date and time you selected. This includes coordinating with the builder, seller, or occupant so the property is staged for capture.

For liability purposes, Exposure It does not handle property prep, including but not limited to cleaning, staging, or moving furniture.

Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. A cancellation fee of $100 will be billed if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.

We do not charge a rescheduling fee for weather-related circumstances; it is at the client's discretion whether to reschedule due to weather. If you choose to reschedule for weather, we ask that you do so within the 24-hour window before the appointment when possible.

Note: we cannot operate aerial / drone services in rain, when moisture is in the air, or during hazardous wind conditions.

• Complete packages typically require around two hours on site. Homes with significant square footage may require additional time.
• Photos are delivered next business day.
• Cinematic video is delivered next business day.
• Virtual staging is delivered next business day by 5 PM EST.
• Revisions and digital renderings take up to two business days.

Exposure It serves five primary markets. Travel within each market's local service area is complimentary; shoots beyond the local area include a travel fee that covers time and operational cost.

• Pittsburgh, PA — based out of our North Pittsburgh office. Complimentary travel within the inner zone, $50 travel fee in the mid zone, and $100 travel fee in the outer zone.
• Erie, PA — based in center city Erie. Complimentary travel within the local service area; shoots outside that area are by request with a quoted travel fee.
• Columbus, OH — complimentary travel within the local service area; shoots outside the area are by request with a quoted travel fee.
• Greenville, SC — complimentary travel within the local service area; shoots outside the area are by request with a quoted travel fee.
• Raleigh, NC — complimentary travel within the local service area; shoots outside the area are by request with a quoted travel fee.

To provide our clients with the best service, Exposure It does not sell photographs or video — Exposure It licenses their use. The fee quoted is dependent on (1) payment of the invoice in full within 30 days, and (2) using the photographs/video only as indicated below.

The client receives unlimited marketing usage rights for the listing the media was captured for: MLS, listing portals (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Zillow, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), social media, the client's direct website, brochures, OMs, and paid ads — for as long as the client is marketing that property. There are no expiration dates or recurring licensing fees for the client's own marketing of the listing.

Builders, stagers, designers, brokerages reusing assets, or other third parties who wish to use photographs or video produced by Exposure It must contact Exposure It directly for separate licensing and fees. See our Builders page or contact us for a quote.

For image integrity and quality control, we ask that photographs and video not be heavily altered once delivered; resizing for platform requirements is fine.

Photographs and video can be made available to another real estate agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing for a $100 rebranding fee. Please contact Exposure It for any rebranding needs.

Video and photos produced by Exposure It may be uploaded to any MLS or social media service by the client solely for the promotion of the listing during the pendency of this agreement.

Regardless of any terms and conditions of the MLS, at no time does this agreement transfer copyright or any other exclusive rights as provided by the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 106. Exposure It retains the underlying copyright on all media produced.

Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, products, or other material (collectively, the "Work Product") developed in whole or in part by Exposure It shall be the exclusive property of Exposure It, LLC.

Exposure It reserves the right to use video and photos for advertising, display, publication, portfolio, or other promotional purposes. All photos, samples, videos, and proofs remain the exclusive property of Exposure It unless waived by written amendment to this agreement. Unauthorized use of photographs or video is a copyright violation and will result in termination of this contract.

The client may need to obtain a signed, written approval from the property owner prior to filming or photography. Exposure It can provide an approval form on request.

Exposure It makes every effort to maintain the privacy of the property owner's neighbors. All footage is focused on the property being captured, and we do our best to respect the privacy of anyone not directly involved. When necessary, the client may be required to obtain permission from neighbors before we begin filming.

Dogs, cats, and other large animals must be crated or removed from the property before the photographer arrives. Safety is paramount — animals can act unpredictably when stressed or around strangers, and loose pets disrupt appointments and cause delays.

If one or more provisions contained in this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Such provisions shall be revised only to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.
