Can you shoot a property that's actively being booked?+
Yes — we schedule between guest turnovers and arrive with light styling tools (folded throws, towel rolls, fresh linens) so the home looks guest-ready on camera without slowing your calendar.
Do you offer twilight exteriors and pool shots?+
Yes. Virtual Twilight is the most popular add-on for STR listings — it gives you that hero cover photo at a fraction of a true blue-hour shoot. We can also do real twilight when timing allows.
How fast do I get the photos before my next booking window?+
Next business day by 10:30 AM. If you have a launch date or a paid promo running, tell us at booking and we'll prioritize.
Can I re-shoot seasonally?+
Hosts who refresh quarterly outperform static listings. Use the Seasonal Refresh add-on or rebook the Rental Package — the second shoot is usually faster since we already know the property.
What usage rights do I get?+
Unlimited marketing usage rights for every platform you list on, plus social, your direct-booking site, and paid ads — with no expiration or extra licensing fees. Per copyright law the photographer retains the underlying copyright, but you're free to use the images however you market the property.
